A new 1,000 piece jigsaw for Laurence King Publishing. The artwork brings together a range of stories from novels and poetry that are set within a garden. Including authors such as Lady Murasaki ('Tale of Genji', written in 1021, is considered to be history's first novel) as well as Du Fu, Baudelaire, Shakespeare, Chaucer and Oscar Wilde.
Michael Kirkham: "I'm not a gardener, but I'm fascinated by gardens, especially when they're out of control... and of course I love books! I started thinking about gardens in memorable stories. They are potent places full of impossible flowers and tangled vines, trespassers and mystery. I began to imagine growing a garden of stories."
