A large commission for The Science Museum Group to create illustrations for the new Wonderlab Gallery at the National Railway Museum in York
Set within a former workshop on the grounds of the National Railway Museum, the Wonderlab gallery has been developed to appeal to children aged 7 to 14. It features 18 interactive exhibits that encourages visitors to think like engineers while using skills and ideas from their everyday lives
Masha worked closely with teams at the Railway Museum and London-based design studio LucienneRoberts+ (who led the 2D design aspects of the space), to develop illustrations for labels that accompany exhibits within the gallery. Masha also worked with interactive design studio, Stand + Stare to create animated artworks for a large scale interactive Conductive Wall
