The House of Epicurus
A collaboration with designer Oliver Ruuger and author Mihkel Kaevats. Ruuger commissioned Kaevats to write a surreal short story through the perspective of a guest at a high-society party. The two artworks depict a series of bizarre acts unfolding as the story takes a darker turn.
The artworks were engraved onto leather briefcases and printed onto silk scarves by Oliver Ruuger, as well as the story and artworks being reproduced in a book supporting Ruuger’s collection. They were showcased LCFM’s debut Menswear show and then went on tour as part of Craft Council’s “Added Value” exhibition.
